I Help People Design Lives That Feel Rich—in Time, Purpose, and Freedom.

But it wasn’t always that way.

From the Edge of the World to a Life of Freedom

I grew up on an island in Alaska. Beautiful, remote—and at times, it felt like the edge of the world. From a young age, I knew I wanted to explore beyond it. I earned a Ship Captain’s license and a business degree, then got recruited into corporate America. But after 9/11, I was called into active military duty. That changed everything.

A Global Career in Film and TV

When I returned, I didn’t want to go back to the corporate world. I ended up traveling the globe working in film and TV—on sets like Survivor and Sahara—managing logistics and crews for international productions. Living out of hotel rooms on different continents, I fell in love with the world. But eventually, I wanted something that gave me both adventure and roots. That’s when I found real estate.

Real Estate Success and Family Adventures

I dove in. I opened a boutique brokerage that earned awards, hosted a real estate radio show for over a decade, and helped countless people buy, sell, and invest. During that time, I also chased down my dream of showing my kids the world—traveling overseas 2–4 months a year for nearly a decade. My wife even wrote books about our travels.

The Hidden Stress Behind the Success

In almost every life category, I was successful. But behind the scenes, I was stressed. My income was inconsistent. My investments needed constant attention and capital. My businesses had high expenses and no recurring revenue. It felt like I was constantly fighting to stay afloat.

Discovering a Better Way

That changed when I discovered mobile homes. Like most people, I initially avoided them. But when one opportunity to flip a mobile home came my way—and I did a deep dive into the numbers and the need—I realized there was a powerful opportunity to help solve the affordable housing crisis and create steady, predictable cash flow for my family. My 20 years of real estate experience helped me develop what’s now called Cash Flow Flips™, a strategy where I act as the lender instead of the landlord—no tenants, no maintenance, no debt—and lock in decades of passive income with each sale.

Building My Real Estate Pension

That strategy became the foundation of my real estate pension—a portfolio currently scheduled to pay out $2.6 million. While I’m still growing it, in just two years it’s already providing more consistent income than most traditional pensions that take 25+ years to acquire.

Helping Others Do the Same

Now, I teach purpose-driven people how to do the same—how to invest with partners instead of loans, align their money with their values, and build a life that actually feels rich.

Purpose, Impact, and What Comes Next

I’m also proud to be the co-founder of Impact Club Boise, which has donated over $500,000 to local nonprofits. And I still travel often with my family—with no plans to stop living adventurously.

To me, wealth isn’t about status. It’s measured in freedom, laughter, and the ability to say yes to what matters most.
