My Mission to Mars

Elon Musk, has a mission to go to Mars. And yesterday, he sent the most powerful rocket ever into space. Elon has a stated goal of sending the first cargo mission to Mars by 2022. Yesterday’s launch proves they are one step closer to that goal.
We all have our own version of a mission to Mars. I received this email from a reader and fellow member of Impact Club.
Mike your emails always inspire me. Your ability to lead perfect strangers is outstanding. I’m going ALL IN this year. I’ve chosen to no longer be a victim and be survivor. I started a nonprofit and am currently partnering with other nonprofits. It’s taking off. Fast. I received a call Friday from Washington DC’s department for female veterans. I’m going ALL IN. I had goals and plans to flip houses for the rest of my life. Life had other plans for me. Thank you for your morning inspiration. – Erin
Thank you, Erin. Thank you for your courage. You inspire me.
You’ve found a new mission. One that is calling you to go ALL IN.
I feel the same way about IMPACT CLUB.
I’m ALL IN.
I have the goal to grow the largest IMPACT CLUB in the US.
Why?
Because I believe I can.
Especially with the help of people like you and Erin.
I keep dreaming of what it would be like to have an Impact Club of 500 people. That would mean we could donate at least $200,000 a year to local charities. Each member donating $100, 4 times a year, multiplied by 500 members.
Today we have a little over 200 members. By end of 2018, I hope to have over 300 members.
Each event is a new opportunity to deliver an amazing amount of Impact to a deserving local charity and to grow our local club as we invite more friends and colleagues to join this effort.
Together, Impact Club can leave a legacy in Boise that can impact generations.
It may take us a few years to get to 500 members, but that is my mission.
Sustainable and meaningful Impact to our community.
It’s possible, we’re already proving that.
At our last event in December, we had 200 members, so Impact Club Boise members were able to give $20,000 to Create Common Good.
Maybe we can get to 250 members by our next event on March 7th. Can you imagine? Raising $25,000 in one hour for a local charity, because 250 of us pitched in $100 to deliver meaningful impact.
We currently have the 2nd largest IMPACT CLUB in existence. We follow only one club in Frederick, Maryland that has 290 members. They grow with every event just like we do.
ImpactClub.com will be launching later this month. This will be the beginning of launching dozens of more IMPACT CLUBS across the nation and internationally.
I would love to show the world what kind of community Boise is. I would love for us to lead by example. I would love if you would join us on this mission.
If you’re already a member, awesome! It’s time to nominate your favorite local charity for the next quarterly event. Nominate Local Charity
